Newport Beach native Shannon Wadsworth is making a splash in the art world with M Street Artwork, her line of unique wood art pieces inspired by the coastal lifestyle. After living in Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco, Shannon returned to her hometown with her husband, John, and their two sons, both avid surfers.
In 2014, Shannon's creative journey began when her husband gifted her a set of power tools for Mother’s Day. What started as a personal project to create distinctive wood art for their beach house quickly evolved into M Street Artwork, capturing the essence of coastal living.
Shannon's academic background includes an undergraduate degree from UCLA and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University. Her education and beach-centric lifestyle shape her creative process and business approach.
"I'm inspired by my family and our adventures to remote surf destinations," Shannon says. "M Street Artwork reflects our love for the ocean and the art of living simply by the sea."
